We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including processing Venmo settlement requests, calculating expense splits, and enabling group expense tracking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information Sharing
We share your information with other users in your Tally groups as necessary to provide the service — for example, showing group members what expenses have been logged. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or third-party data brokers.
Venmo Integration
Rally Tally integrates with Venmo to facilitate payments. When you use our Venmo settlement feature, we initiate payment requests on your behalf through Venmo's API. Your Venmo credentials are never stored by Rally Tally. Venmo's privacy policy governs how Venmo handles your data.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and protect your account credentials.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Rally Tally, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Rally Tally platform.
Description of Service
Rally Tally is a mobile application that helps groups of users track shared expenses during social outings and facilitates settlement of those expenses through Venmo. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals 18 years of age or older.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
Payment Features
Rally Tally uses the Venmo API to initiate payment requests. Rally Tally does not process payments directly and is not responsible for failed, declined, or disputed Venmo transactions. Settlement requests sent through Rally Tally are subject to Venmo's terms of service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Rally Tally for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
You may not use Rally Tally to harass or harm other users
You may not create fake accounts or impersonate other users
Limitation of Liability
Rally Tally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including failed Venmo transactions or disputes between users over expense amounts.
